Service Description: SocialAIAgent specializes in AI-driven services including simplifying social media management, enhancing online presence, next-generation AI chatbots, comprehensive business support with personal GPT agents, AI-driven social media management, and AI- powered automated SMS circulation.

2. User Responsibilities: Users must ensure the accuracy and legality of data shared with third-party companies. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account.

3. Content Ownership and Use: Users retain ownership of the content they create but grant SocialAIAgent a license to use, modify, and display the content as necessary for providing the service.

4. Liability Limitations: SocialAIAgent is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of the service. Users are advised to safeguard their information to prevent unauthorized access, hacking, or data theft.

5. Termination of Use: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time due to breach, disagreement, or other reasons impacting service provision. Upon termination, users must cease all use of the service.
